The recently opened restaurant Gastro Vibez, in the former steel foundry in Schaffhausen, is under the management of Giacomo Lubelli and Gianni Ranallo. Where once tons of steel were cast, the new hosts spoil their visitors with authentic Mediterranean cuisine.
The MILUM downlights from RIBAG impresses with their light brilliance and discreetly blend into the overall concept thanks to the barely visible light source. In perfect interaction with the sound absorbers from printakustik® Schaffhausen, a unique atmosphere is created.
As part of the redesign of the premises, the printakustik® company from Schaffhausen set itself an ambitious goal: the urban ambience around the steel foundry was to become visible and tangible in the interior, while at the same time the historic character of the building was to be retained. This was achieved with modern furnishings, a natural choice of colours and materials, large historical murals, and a deliberately restrained lighting and acoustic solution.
«The MILUM downlights spread pleasant and glare-free light,» explains Thomas Bolli, CEO of printakustik® Schaffhausen. «The ideal feature is that the mounting rails of the MILUM downlights perfectly match the profiles of our sound absorbers in terms of colour and height.
