The exterior already gives an idea that this building is a replacement for the outdated barn. Burch und Partner Architekten AG and Innside Innenarchitektur AG designed the interior, dividing it into rooms for events and various rooms for overnight stays. The style of the traditional barn was deliberately adopted. The wooden façade was designed with lamellas above the exposed concrete base floor, from which the struts of the canopy develop.
The new event space is perfectly staged by the brilliant light of the KIVO ceiling lamps. The various surfaces and materials were carefully selected and coordinated by the interior designers. The black KIVO lamps set decorative accents on the ceiling and emphasise the furnishings and architecture with their characterful design. "Depending on the desired ambience and occasion, the lamps can be dimmed, which, together with their beautiful design, makes them fit perfectly into the room," says owner Toni Burch.
Smaller rooms for 2 - 5 people were created from the former mass camp for 10 people as part of the redesign. This gives guests the opportunity to stay overnight directly on site after an event. Two studios with kitchen and an impressive view of the countryside complete the offer. KIVO pendant lamps were used in all rooms, providing stylish contrasts to the bright wood. "We are very satisfied with the RIBAG lamps: Good lighting quality and beautiful design," Toni Burch concludes.
