Great lighting starts with people who contribute their skills and ideas. That is why we create a working environment where you can feel comfortable, develop your talents and make a difference – with air-conditioned spaces in our Minergie building, powered in part by our own solar energy.
Stay refreshed throughout the day
Enjoy complimentary coffee, tea and fruit every day in our on-site bistro – the ideal place to take a break and catch up with colleagues.
An easy commute, an active day
We offer free parking and electric vehicle charging stations. If you cycle to work or exercise before or after your working day, you can use our changing rooms and showers. We also have two RIBAG Lumenrider e-bikes available for all employees to use.
Time to recharge
You benefit from at least 25 days of annual leave, increasing to 30 days from the age of 50.
